Researchers

I am a PhD candidate at the Department of Finance, and the Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management at Maastricht University. Besides that, I am a member of the Marketing-Finance research lab and junior fellow at Netspar.

My research is in the area of financial services, and focuses on the influence of marketing interventions on financial decision-making concerning pensions and retirement. Specifically, I examine the possibilities to adapt pension communication to heterogeneous characteristics and needs of individual pension plan participants. My research has been presented at the 2014 European Marketing Academy Doctoral Colloquium at the University of Valencia, 2014 Research in Behavioural Finance Conference at Erasmus University Rotterdam, the 2014 International Centre for Pension Management (ICPM) discussion forum at Toronto and the 2015 IBM Frontiers in Service conference in San José.
